The project

JustMOBI develops an innovative educational framework to enhance digital readiness and capacity in higher education while addressing the gender gap in STEM and mobility sectors.

Academic institutions and business partners will ensure curricula are fit for real-world challenges. By embedding cutting-edge digital and inclusive approaches in higher education, JustMOBI aims to equip the next generation of professionals with the necessary tools to navigate and lead a just mobility transition for all.

Faculty workshops strengthen institutional capacities in digital education, gender equity in STEM, and inclusive approaches to just mobility through transnational collaboration.
Local Student Seminars
Local student seminars implement and test digitally enhanced, inclusive curricula, fostering interdisciplinary learning on equity, STEM, and just mobility challenges.
Industry–Academia Mentorship Program
An industry–academia mentorship programme supports students’ digital and transversal skills, promoting gender-sensitive pathways and innovation in mobility-related sectors.
Industry-led Hackathon
An industry-led hackathon mobilises multidisciplinary teams to develop digital, equitable, and sustainable solutions addressing societal and mobility-related challenges.
Podcast Interviews
Podcast interviews with experts disseminate knowledge on digital transformation, gender equality in STEM, inclusive education, and just mobility transitions.
International Symposium

SWPS is a leading private, non-profit Polish university specializing in social sciences, humanities, and arts, renowned for its interdisciplinary research, international engagement, and excellence in psychology, innovation, and digital transformation.
The Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IAAC) is a center for research, education, production, and dissemination, dedicated to envisioning the future habitat of our society and bringing it to life in the present. It currently offers twelve higher education programs in advanced architecture, urban technologies, robotics and digital fabrication.
The University of Limerick (UL) is a leading Irish university known for its innovation in education, strong research culture, and commitment to inclusivity, sustainability, and civic engagement.
