Once completed, the form serves as the basis for generating both the Curriculum Review Document Matrix and the visual Curriculum Review Matrix, supporting evidence-based curriculum development and collaborative programme improvement.

The Curriculum Review Document Matrix provides a comprehensive, colour-coded overview of curriculum review results in a document format. Based on the information collected through the Curriculum Review Form, it allows educators and programme coordinators to analyse how well a course, module, or degree programme addresses key standards related to inclusion, equality, digital transformation, and just mobility. Results can be explored from two perspectives: by standard, showing how each competency is covered across different modules, or by module, highlighting how each course performs against the review criteria. The Document Matrix supports curriculum analysis, comparison, and discussion, helping identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

The Curriculum Review Matrix provides a visual summary of the curriculum review through a colour-coded matrix. Generated from the data collected in the Curriculum Review Form, it offers an intuitive overview of how individual modules perform against the review standards. Each column represents a course or module, while each row corresponds to one of the evaluation criteria. Ratings use a four-level scale, making it easy to compare modules, identify patterns across a programme, and communicate results at a glance.
